Application
ZYD Series Fire proof transformer enclosure oil regeneration unit completely purifies and regenerates insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers on site. It is designed for filtering, heating, drying, reclamation and degassing of contaminated insulating oil used in transformers, mutual inductors, circuit breakers and switches. Besides regular oil purification including degassing, drying and particulate removal, it also removes acid, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and improve dielectric strength as well as the oil color.
The HOPU unit can be used for purification of oil for high-voltage and extra high-voltage electric facilities and should increase oil puncture voltage by at least 35 kV at a time. It can carry out oil treatment, vacuum oil injection and cyclic hot oil drying in the installation and maintenance of transformers.
